Reporting to the EMEAA Welding Facilities Manager the Operations Administrator is responsible for providing accurate and timely administration of customer-driven demand within CRCE’s ERP system, ensuring that sales orders, rental orders, spare parts demand, equipment scopes, purchase requisitions, and related order updates are correctly processed and maintained. The role acts as a key interface between Sales/Commercial, Projects, Operations, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and facility teams to ensure customer orders are accurately reflected in the system, operational requirements are visible, and changes to order scope, timing, location, or supply source are communicated and managed effectively.
Remit & Responsibilities:
ERP system/data management tasks

Responsible for accurate ERP system data entry and maintenance for customer demand related to company projects, including sales orders, spare parts orders, rental orders, equipment scopes, project demand, facility requirements, and operational support needs.

Process and maintain sales orders and related order information in the ERP system, ensuring that order details remain accurate as customer requirements, delivery schedules, equipment needs

Liaise with Sales team for the one-time sales orders, ensuring accurate system data such as delivery schedules are communicated to all stakeholders and updated in the system

Administer orders involving goods and equipment supplied from one or multiple CRCE locations, ensuring system information correctly reflects the required source, destination, timing, and order status.

Process fill-up orders for spare parts, consumables, equipment, and other materials required to support continuous onshore and offshore project operations across multiple entities.

Process returns of materials/equipment back to inventory in the ERP system
Coordination & Reporting

Act as the primary administrative interface between Sales, Assets, Projects, Operations, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Engineering, and facility teams to ensure customer demand and order requirements are understood, aligned, and correctly reflected in the ERP system.

Monitor and coordinate updates to customer orders as requirements evolve, including changes to scope, quantities, shipping dates, delivery locations, equipment allocation, rental requirements, spare parts and consumables

Provide accurate status updates and reports to Operations, Projects, Sales, and other stakeholders on sales order and operational priorities in a timely and accurate manner.

Compiling, storing, and archiving records, as well as generating regular reports.

Liaise with internal teams (Operations, Sales, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Projects) to ensure smooth workflow.
Support

Support EMEAA teams with SAP/ new ERP system related issues.

Support/collaborate with ERP system SME with system related issues

- Equivalent of secondary vocational education (MBO level).

Minimum 1-2 year of experience using ERP systems ( SAP)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/spreadsheets).
Desirable:

Experience with other ERP systems, preferably IFS

Familiar working in fast pace manufacturing/production setting
