Position Title: Master Data Controller
Reporting To: Lead Manufacturing & Production Engineer
The Master Data Controller plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of master data across all CRC Entities. This position is vital for maintaining efficient master data, therefore supporting datadriven decision-making, and contributing to the smooth flow of information as we transition from SAP to a newly installed ERP System.
Remit & Responsibilities:
- Data Governance & Integrity: Own the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of master data (e.g., customer, vendor, material, pricing, hierarchy data) within the business across various systems (e.g., ERP - SAP).
Support the implementation of inventory into new entities, including USA, Brazil & the Middle East. - Data Standardisation: Implement and enforce master data standards, policies, and procedures to ensure
consistency and quality including USA, Brazil & the Middle East entities. - New Product Introduction (NPI): Process requests for new master data creation and changes, ensuring all required fields are accurately populated and approved according to established workflows.
- Data Governance & Standards: Define and enforce data standards, naming conventions, and classification rules. Ensure compliance with internal and external data policies.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data processes, perform regular audits and validations to ensure data integrity. Collaborate with departments to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.

Work Experience Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in master data management, or a highly administrative role with a strong data focus.
Skills & Knowledge Required:
- ERP (SAP, etc) Essential, Excel M365 desirable
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Proactive & Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
