Main function is to Assist the Senior Business Planner with new project plans and take actions on setting up and maintain the planning process flow for each new projects to maintain, enhance and assure fulfilment of the business planning procedures, guidelines, and processes.
Role specific responsibilities
- Coordinate and update the different departments planning tools in line with projects plans
- Collect different departments updates and incorporate into the inhouse developed systems, populate the reports, and keep all business areas up to dates in terms of schedule changes.
- Maintain projects database with up-to-date information
- Work on different projects schedules, programs, and reporting systems to issue weekly and monthly reports
Job Specific Education Required:
- Good general education including GCSE in Math’s & English grade A-C
- Prince 2 desirable
Work Experience Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management function as planner, document controller or project coordinator
Skills & Knowledge Required:
- Excellent communication skills
