The Project Delivery Co-ordinator is responsible for assisting with project co-ordination support across the Project Delivery Team. Ensuring timely and accurate data is prepared and reported to support the decision-making process during the World Class management of multiple global projects.  Customer facing for updates to the client second to the Project Delivery Managers.

 

Role specific responsibilities

Under guidance of the Senior Project Manager:

 

  • Support with ensuring all project management processes and digital tools are followed and signed off accordingly.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Assist with the development of project plans and associated communications documents.
  • Support with the use of project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
  • Review field reports throughout the lifecycle of the project.
  • Issue plan and liaise with project admin for purchase orders management and monitor SAP.

 

Commercial & Technical Support

  • Develop understanding of contractual requirements and support the commercial department on the project including applications & invoices.
  • Assist the project manager and commercial functions in the preparation of forecasting for the Business Updates Briefing & Month End.
  • Summaries daily site reports to facilitate the finance dept to accurately allocate labour cost to projects.
  • Develop technical understanding with coating engineers whilst meeting customer expectations and document submission deadlines.                                                 

 

Job Specific Education Required

  • Minimum 5 GCSE’s (must include English & Mathematics) Grade 5 or above.
  • NVQ/HNC/HND/A-level business admin or relevant subject (desirable).        

 

Work Experience Required

  • Previous experience within a business environment (desirable).

 

Skills & Knowledge Required:

  • Some administration & IT experience incl. Excel, Word. MS Projects (desirable).
