Procurement Analyst

Job Profile:

• Supplier Management
  • Supplier Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliable supply chains.
• Procurement Strategy Development
  • Centralized Procurement: Support the centralized procurement team in developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with the company’s goals and operational needs in the EMEAA regions.
• Contract Management
  • Contract Negotiation: Assist in negotiating contracts with suppliers, focusing on terms that align with the company’s objectives, such as price, quality, and delivery schedules.
• Cost Control & Budgeting
  • Budget Management: Work closely with finance and operations teams to manage procurement budgets and ensure expenditures align with forecasts.
  • Cost Savings: Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities within the procurement process.
  • Spend Analysis: Analyse spend data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for optimization.
• Process Optimization
  • Procurement Processes: Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, including spend analysis, supplier performance, and market conditions.
