Management Systems Lead

Role specific responsibilities

The below is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the Organisation and the overall business objectives of the Organisation.

• Maintain & Improve Processes, Policies, Procedures and any specific instructions within Sharepoint BMS for the EMEAA Region in conjunction with each Business Leader & their teams.
• Co-ordinate and plan QHSE system audits, review, measure & report compliance for the EMEAA region within Sharepoint BMS.
• Develop & maintain Certification Scopes for the Sites within the EMEAA Region
• Co-ordination, issue and review of Order to Cash (OTC) cycle for the EMEAA region within Sharepoint BMS via each business & process leads.
• Point of contact for external audits (2nd & 3rd Party)
• Seek Opportunities in using digital tools to improve the BMS in line with the Product Quality Manager
• Seek to Improve the Sharepoint system with I.T & nominated Administrators.
• Establish and maintain key performance indicators to track improvements and ensure sustained progress.

Job Specific Education Required:

• Formal QA qualification (for example, Business Degree, CQI, Diploma in Quality or HNC/D) - Essential
• NEBOSH or IOSH Managing Safely, IEMA or CIEH - Essential
• Certified QHSE Lead auditor - Essential

Work Experience Required:

•  Min 5 yrs. experience as a QHSE Manager in either Automotive, Aerospace, Nuclear or Similar regulated   industries

• Establishment, maintenance & improvement of fully ISO Certified Integrated Management Systems and documentation in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Experience in dealing with Certification bodies such as BSI, LRQA, DNV, B.V etc…
• Experience in dealing with Local & Government Regulators
• Establishment and management of audit and review functions.
• Good experience with Latest MS Office tools & APPS
• Experience of using Legislative update services to ensure Legal requirements are being adhered to by relevant site leads.

Skills & Knowledge Required:

• In depth, practical knowledge of applicable management system standards.
• Experience of systematic and coherent business management structures.
• Excellent communication, Interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Membership of appropriate professional body (CQI)
• Excellent Knowledge of ISO Standards, mainly ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 & their applicability within the documented BMS
• Knowledge of SAP R3 or S4 Hana desirable
