IT Infrastructure Engineer, EMEAA

Role Specific Requirements:

• Azure – deploy and manage CRC Azure environments and the associated networking, security and costs.
• 365 management including PowerShell scripting
• Configure, deploy and manage Defender, Intune, Barracuda, Entra and Exchange
• Monitor and manage networking resources and connectivity. Work with our 3rd party providers to manage and maintain the CRC SD-WAN and VPN
• Provide on site 1st line support where required at Burnley, with travel to other EMEAA locations
• Provide support for IT Onboarding and asset deployment / management / compliance
• Other Duties also include:
  • Working with the wider team in the US around global azure technology
  • Working with the day-to-day operations of the IT Team
  • Ensure all IT assets are correctly assign within the asset management system.
  • Familiar with and adherence to all CRCE/Site QHSE project related procedures
  • Carry out duties safely and efficiently in line with the Company QHSE policies and report any unsafe conditions or incidents in the workplace, including damaged equipment or facilities.
