Successful candidates will spend the first year of their apprenticeship at college, working to the curriculum and assessment requirements of the local education provider.

Upon completion of the first year, successful candidates will transition to a full-time framework of on-site learning created by CRC Evans. This will allow candidates to integrate more thoroughly into the business, ensuring they receive dedicated training and mentoring relevant to the business, whilst also completing required college assessments through either day release or in-company assessment methods.
