We are looking for apprentices to join us in Invergordon, Highlands, where you will engage in a comprehensive program that blends formal education with practical, hands-on experience.

Candidates will also complete necessary college assessments through day release or in-company methods.

These critical skills are required across all areas to support the delivery of essential infrastructure that will support our customers’ projects.

What are we looking for in an apprentice?

We primarily focus on the attributes of individual applicants rather than specific credentials.

Candidates should ideally have four passes at National 5 or above in: -

• Mathematics
• English
• 2 x STEM subjects

Modern Apprenticeships are available to those aged 16 and over with a UK passport. The interview process includes a one-hour aptitude test assessing abilities in Information Technology, Literacy, Mechanical Reasoning, Numeracy, Principles of Measurement, and Spatial Relationships.
