Role-specific responsibilities
- Receive and log RFQ (Requests for Quotation)
- Project Analysis: Conduct a thorough analysis of project specifications, blueprints, and client requirements for RFQ.
- Utilise your knowledge in fabrication techniques and construction methods to assess project feasibility and identify potential challenges.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HSEQ, sales, engineering, operations and project management, to gather information and insights for proposal development.
- Tender development: Prepare detailed proposals, bids, and tender documents that clearly outline project scope, cost estimates, timelines, and technical solutions.
- Cost Estimation: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate cost estimations and pricing strategies, while maintaining competitiveness in the market.
- Documentation: Maintain a well-organised repository of project documents, specifications, and drawings to facilitate proposal development.
- Client Communication: Communicate with clients to clarify project requirements, address technical inquiries, and participate in meetings or presentations as necessary.
- Compliance: Ensure proposals adhere to industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
- Deadline Management: Work efficiently to meet proposal submission deadlines and assist in tracking proposal outcomes.
