Responsible for providing administrative support to the Supply Chain team, enabling team members to focus on the technical aspects of their roles. Based in Kintore, this position will primarily support the role of Master Scheduler, while also assisting with defined administrative tasks for the Burnley Supply Chain management team.
Major Responsibilities
Remit and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and administrate the spare parts database, including additions, modifications, and removal of obsolete parts.
- Support implementation of new asset options and associated spare parts within the database.
- Review and reconcile project top-ups against initial parts dispatched.
- Maintain and support the Field Service App. (CRCE field platform application managing inventory & production reporting)
- Support project enquiries, including spare parts requests, order progress, shipping updates, and resolving discrepancies in shipments.
- Set up new projects in line with Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes.
- Produce and maintain spare parts lists and material master data.
- Support cycle counting and master data clean-up.
- Provide administrative support for indirect purchase orders (e.g., Facilities).
- Maintain accurate records in ERP/MRP systems.
- Ensure correct billing, invoicing, and supplier payment follow-up.

Job Specific Education Required:
Essential:
- Good standard of general education, including GCSE (or Equivalent) in Math’s & English (Grade A-C).
Desirable:
- Qualification in Business Administration or equivalent.
Work Experience Required:
Essential
- Previous administrative experience in an office, supply chain, or logistics environment.
Desirable
- Experience using ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Experience in project administration.
Skills and Knowledge Required:
Essential
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Keen problem-solving attitude with good collaboration skills.
